Refund Policy

PixelForge is a digital product and your key is delivered instantly, so refunds are limited to the cases below.

You can get a refund if

You ask within 7 days of paying, and the app won't run correctly on your PC, and our support couldn't fix it. You also get a refund if you were charged twice, or paid and never received a working key.

No refund if

You changed your mind after activating the key, a game or server doesn't allow overlays, your FPS didn't change, your 30 days ended, or your key was revoked for breaking the Terms. Free giveaway and test keys have no refund.

How to ask

Open a ticket in our Discord with your PayPal transaction ID. Approved refunds go back through PayPal, and the key is revoked. Nothing here removes rights you have under your local law.
