Privacy Policy

Last updated 31 October 2026

This page says what PixelForge stores, and why. We don't sell your data.

What the license server stores

Your key, a hashed ID of your PC, the IP address of your last check, the app version, and the dates the key was activated and last seen. We use these to check your key, stop key sharing and give support.

If you use optional features

Cloud settings stores your PixelForge settings under your key. Community presets stores the name and code you publish, and your votes. Referrals stores who referred a purchase.

Purchases

Payments go through PayPal. We keep the order number and the buyer email for support and refunds. We never see your card or PayPal password.

On your PC

Settings, session reports and the error log stay on your PC. The first-launch setup reads launcher files to find games, and that list isn't sent anywhere. The ping overlay contacts 1.1.1.1 only when you turn it on.

Services we use

Cloudflare runs the license server, Netlify hosts the website and updates, and Discord hosts our community. Each has its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Open a ticket in our Discord to ask what we hold about your key or to have it deleted. Deleting it ends the key. Purchase records may be kept where the law requires it.
